Appointment Policy Due to the nature of a house call/mobile veterinary practice, we see patients by appointment only. We also ask that you allow us to schedule appointments in a window of time (i.e. between 10:00 and 10:30 am). If we are running early or late, we will always call and let you know as much in advance as possible! Please give at least a one hour notice of cancellation. |

Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. |

Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that all cats be confined in a bathroom or carrier at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Cats seem to have a sixth sense about things and will often make themselves absent just when you need them!
Pets are usually examined in the home and not in the veterinary ambulance. If you would like your pet seen in the ambulance please inform the doctor when making your appoinment.
