Appointment Policy Due to the nature of a house call/mobile veterinary practice, we see patients by appointment only. We also ask that you allow us to schedule appointments in a window of time (i.e. between 10:00 and 10:30 am). If we are running early or late, we will always call and let you know as much in advance as possible! Please give at least a one hour notice of cancellation. |

Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. |

Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that all cats be confined in a bathroom or carrier at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Cats seem to have a sixth sense about things and will often make themselves absent just when you need them!
